Renter agrees that any damages done to the item will result in full replacement. Damages caused by the renter will directly be charged to the credit card used to reserve the booking. The amount of $ will be charged up to 7 days after the event date and only if damages are found or item quantity is missing upon pick up of the item. Client is encouraged to report any findings of damages before Tables2bars LLC leaves the premises time of drop off. If upon pick up and after truck unload, damages found to the items rented, client will be charged.
It is with the understanding that all rental equipment rented for your event will be returned in the same condition in which it was rented. A replacement fee will be charged for any lost or damaged items automatically on the card provided. Rentals which are returned after the agreed date will be subject to a $75 a day late fee until returned. If items are ready upon arrival of agreed time, client is subject to a $75 a hour late fee per hour. Pick up after midnight will result in a extra $1OO/hour charge. Attaching anything to our items, balloons, florals, etc must be removed before we arrive for pick up or a $50 removal fee will be charged automatically. Any damages done by drink spillage, glitter, tape, wiring, etc will include a charge of $150 fix fee. Any weather related damage down to items will result in a fee 4x the amount of rental price.
Cancellations made more than one month prior to your event date will receive a refund of all monies paid, MINUS the non-refundable 50% deposit. Credit will be given and must be used within one year of original booked date. No refunds will be made for cancellations up to two weeks prior to your event date. Credit will be given to use up to one year of original booked date.
